DVC Management Trainee Selection Process 2026
The selection process for DVC MT Recruitment 2026 is based on the marks obtained in the corresponding GATE 2025 paper. Candidates do not have to appear for a separate recruitment written examination under this notification.
The selection process includes the following stages:
- GATE 2025 Score: Candidates must have qualified in the relevant GATE 2025 paper. Only marks out of 100 will be considered.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) based on GATE 2025 marks, generally in a ratio of 1:5 or more against category-wise vacancies in each discipline.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce their original certificates, GATE 2025 admit card, and original GATE scorecard.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination conducted by the BPSCL Medical Board.

Selected candidates will receive the prescribed pay scale during the one-year training period. After successfully completing the training, they will be designated as Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) and placed on probation for one year.
