IFFCO AGT Educational Qualification

• Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree from a recognized University. Those candidates whose final semester results are expected by November, 2023 can also apply for IFFCO AGT.
• General/OBC candidates should have secured at least 60% marks and SC/ ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the B.Sc (Agriculture) degree. Those candidates who have CGPA score in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert them into percentage while filling out the application form.
• The candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2020 and thereafter can only apply.
• The above qualifications should be completed from the UGC recognized University/Institute.

IFFCO AGT Age Limit (as on 01.08.2023)

The upper age limit of applicants for IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2023 should not be above 30 Years. The upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SCs/ STs & by 3 years for OBC-NCL.

Knowledge of Language

Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the regional language of the respective state (applying for). They should be well-versed in reading, writing, and speaking in a specific language. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

IFFCO AGT Selection Process

The selection process of IFFCO AGT includes the following stages provided below:

• Prelims Exam
• Mains Exam
• Personal Interview

The detailed selection procedure prescribed under the IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2023 Notification is given below:

• Eligible candidates are required to appear for the Preliminary Computer Based Test, in open environment by using their own resources, computer/laptop with good internet facility.
• The candidates short-listed in the Preliminary Test, will be called for Final On-Line Test (Mains Exam) in the controlled environment at the designated Centres at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Nagpur, Guwahati, Patna, Raipur, Surat, Varanasi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Pune, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Cochin, Jodhpur, Jammu, Shimla, Bhopal, Jabalpur.
• If candidates want to take the exam with the examination center may opt for any two Test Centres in order of their preference out of the aforementioned centres. Efforts will be made to allot the test center in order of choice made by candidates.
• Request to change the test center, once opted, will not be entertained. IFFCO reserves the right to cancel any of these centers and in that eventuality; the candidates will have to appear in the center as decided by the Management.
• The candidates who will be short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Mains Exam will be called for personal interview.

IFFCO AGT Medical Examination

Candidates short-listed finally Personal Interviews will be medically examined as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.

Training Duration

Candidates will be engaged as IFFCO AGT for undergoing training of a one-year duration.

Service Bond

On appointment under IFFCO Recruitment 2023, the Trainees belonging to the General/ OBC category would be required to furnish a service bond of Rs. 80,000/- and in the case of SC/ST category Rs. 20,000/- for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training.

IFFCO AGT Salary 2023

As per the rules of the IFFCO, the selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 33,300/- Per Month during one year of the training period. On successful completion of one year’s training and subject to the requirement of IFFCO, the AGTs may be absorbed in the basic pay of Rs.37000/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37000-70000/-, and allowances/ benefits as per rules of the Organization.
